General Terms and Conditions for Customers
Version: 1st January 2026. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy, govern your use of Artista Tours' services. Artista Tours is operated by VeepsTours S.L., incorporated in Spain with registered address at Av. Diagonal 420, Barcelona, Spain (VAT: B56469265). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Artista Tours is operated by VeepsTours S.L. We operate the Platform as a marketplace and booking platform through which we, as a tour operator, and third-party activity providers or resellers ("Suppliers") offer travel experiences including tours, tickets to attractions, and other tourist activities ("Activities"). For Activities provided by third-party Suppliers, we act as a commercial agent — we facilitate the bookings, but the actual Activities are provided by the Suppliers themselves. For Activities provided directly by Artista Tours, we act as the tour operator.
Suppliers are not agents or employees of Artista Tours. Artista Tours Parties are not responsible or liable for any actions, errors, omissions, or misconduct of third-party Suppliers, nor for any damages, personal injury, death, or other loss arising from their Activities.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users ("Users") and govern your use of the Platform and its content. As soon as you use any portion of the Platform, you are obliged to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all our services, unless more specific terms apply to a service.
When you book an Activity provided by a third-party Supplier, the contract for that Activity ("Service Agreement") is concluded exclusively and directly between you and the Supplier. We act as their commercial agent. When you book an Activity provided directly by Artista Tours, the contract is concluded directly between you and Artista Tours.
We may receive a commission from third-party Suppliers. You acknowledge that the price shown on the Platform ("Posted Price") or the amount you pay at checkout ("Booking Price") may include commission that Artista Tours earns. Artista Tours ranks Activities using a combination of factors including popularity, customer ratings, performance over time, and revenue considerations.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any use for business or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. The commercial resale of tickets or activities intended to generate profit is not permitted. Use of automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To access all features, you must register for an Artista Tours Account by providing your full legal name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. You may only create one Account and may not transfer it.
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the Artista Tours Apps for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, transfer, modify, or reverse-engineer the Apps. You must promptly download and install all updates provided by Artista Tours.
If you have a question, complaint, or need assistance with your booking, you can contact our customer service team through our Help Center, via phone, live chat, or email. We typically respond within 24 hours, and at the latest within 48 hours.
The price displayed for each Activity may or may not include applicable taxes and fees. At checkout, you will see the total amount charged ("Total Price"), which includes the Activity Price plus any applicable taxes, service fees, or booking fees.
All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc. Artista Tours does not directly process, handle, or store your payment information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy (stripe.com). Any issues related to payment processing, payment failures, or refunds must be directed to Stripe.
For selected Activities, you may choose "Reserve now, pay later". Seventy-two (72) hours before the Activity, Stripe will process the charge. If payment fails, you have forty-seven (47) hours to provide alternative payment information; otherwise, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
You may only cancel in accordance with the cancellation conditions stated in the Activity description. All cancellations must be made via the Platform. Unless different conditions are specified:

All refunds are processed exclusively through Stripe to the original payment method. Refund processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days. Artista Tours has no control over refund processing times and shall not be liable for delays.
You can post reviews of Activities you have purchased or upload pictures ("User Content"). You are fully responsible for any User Content you post. It is strictly forbidden to post User Content that is untrue, misleading, advertises third-party services, violates intellectual property rights, or was created in return for remuneration.
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Artista Tours a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute it. We may remove User Content at our sole discretion.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. For detailed information on how we handle your data, your rights, and our security measures, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
For Activities provided by Artista Tours as tour operator, Artista Tours shall be liable in accordance with applicable law. For Activities provided by third-party Suppliers, Artista Tours' maximum liability as commercial agent shall be limited to the typically foreseeable loss arising from a negligent breach of a material contractual obligation.
Artista Tours shall not be liable for any acts or omissions arising from or related to Stripe's payment processing services. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for gross negligence, intentional injury, death, personal injury, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artista Tours and the Artista Tours Parties from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of: (a) your misrepresentation, act, or omission in connection with your use of the Platform; (b) your non-compliance with these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable laws; or (d) claims by third parties arising from your use of the Platform.
13.1 Conclusion of Contract: When you purchase an Activity from a third-party Supplier, you conclude a Service Agreement directly with that Supplier. We act as their commercial agent. By booking the Activity, you submit a binding offer to conclude a Service Agreement with the Supplier. After receipt of your offer, we will send you an automatic booking confirmation on behalf of the Supplier.
13.2 Prices: In most cases, Posted Prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. However, additional local taxes or fees may be levied locally, which will be disclosed in the Activity description.
13.3 Provision of the Activity: You must arrive on time at the meeting point as stated in the Activity description. If travelling from abroad, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents and complying with health and entry requirements. The Booking Price does not include insurance. Third-party Suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Artista Tours.
13.4 Supplier Rights: The Supplier may cancel the Activity if external circumstances beyond their control make it impossible or dangerous (including adverse weather, government actions, or force majeure). The Supplier may exclude you from an Activity if you do not meet participation requirements, endanger yourself or others, or disrupt the Activity. In such cases, the Booking Price will not be refunded.
For users in the European Union, Artista Tours complies with the Digital Services Act (DSA) requirements for online platforms. Information about our content moderation practices, complaint handling procedures, and transparency reports is available on our website.
You may terminate your Account at any time via customer service. Artista Tours may unilaterally terminate these Terms, your Account, or your access to the Platform at any time with a notice period of one week. Termination only becomes effective after any already-established Service Agreements have been executed or cancelled.
We may amend these Terms in the future and will inform you of any changes. If you object, you or we may terminate your Account with immediate effect. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain. Should individual provisions be void or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
